Sketch 13

This simple 6 photo sketch is great for using up scraps of paper leftover from another layout or cardmaking.

In the example, I not only used scraps from a layout I did months ago, but I created the title from a mixture of letters I had on hand. I used 5 patterns and 2 solids.

Sketches using multiple, uncropped 4×6 photos are not common, and yet how many of us zoom in when taking a picture, to the point where we don’t want to crop our pictures?  Sound familiar?  Then this is a sketch just for you!

In the example, I did crop the photos, and probably could’ve added more because of that.  I used 3 patterned papers and 2 solids.

Sketch 5

This 7 photo sketch incorporates the big circles that I love.

The example only uses 6 photos, and you’ll notice that they are arranged a little differently.  The bottom left photo is a panoramic, instead of 2 separate photos.  The top right photos are 3 instead of 2. And the square photo on the right is replaced by a large embellishment.  There are 3 patterns and 3 solids used here.
